    Imperial & Metric units now available guys!! Check out the blog for instructions.. but basically if an American flag is there it means your using Imperial (pounds and miles). If it's the Union Jack flag, it means your using Metric (kg and km).

    Click on a flag to change the system for that exercise.

    Indeed - I think James is coming along too. I think we might have to replace bench press with dumbell bench press as i dont like the machine bench - also we should add seated rows to the program as the machine they have down there is great!
