  So many health product available - Hard to know what is good and what is not. Any side-effects of these creatine capsules?

  Nah dude this stuff is really good. It's got some Ph Neautral stuff. The company registerd it as a patent. So others can't copy their stuff. It gets you pumped almost instantlly. And it last for a while. i also train taekwondo and i use it for that aswell. Now i dont think i can get through two sessions of taekwondo without it.

  The Creatine is called:
  Greenridge NFS
  Kre-Alkaline
  They come in captuals. You usually take two captuals 20 mins before your train. GOOD STUFF!!!
