10/16/07 - Biked out to the bike trail today and out to the first stop. Total 11.74 mi. Brought my odometer's avg speed up from 10 mph to 11 mph by averaging ~13 or 14 mph this trip. 100 crunches. Only 10 push-ups, but they're getting easier.

10/17/07 - Rode out to the bike trail and did the first two legs. Kept my speed up over 12 most of the way, but was unable to raise the comp's avg. speed yet. 19.5 mi. 1 hour 45 min.
