The type of personal information we may collect from you generally comprises name, address, age group, gender, contact details (including phone, fax and e-mail) and information collected as a result of you using iStats services. You may also add but are not obliged to add additional details relating to your weight and measurements to assist us to provide a more comprehensive service to you.
No one is obligated to provide personal information. However, failure to do so may result in iStats being unable to provide some or all of the services it offers to you.
iStats policy for collecting personal information from children under the age of 13 is to seek the permission of a parent or guardian for the collection of this information.
The information that iStats collects about you is dependent on how you use the services offered by the iStats website.
If you visit an unsecure area of the iStats website (that is, an area where you are not required to log on) to read, browse or download information, our system will record the date and time of your visit to our site, the pages viewed and any information downloaded. However, our systems will not record any personally identifiable information.
The iStats website offers a number of interactive facilities including tools and forums that allow for personal opinions and discussions to be expressed and also to measure and chart progress.
The use of some of these services and tools require you to register or to log on if already registered. In that case the information is stored on our systems so that you may recover the information when you resume your session. Any information stored in a suspended or saved planner or other similar tool will not be viewed by iStats.
If you decide to complete an online registration, or to participate in interactive forums, the information that you enter into the online form will only be collected by iStats if you submit your online registration. If at any stage you cancel your application or log out prior to submitting your registration, the information you have entered up to that point will be automatically deleted.
If you suspend or save your registration application, for example because you wish to complete it at another time, the information that you have entered will be retained in our systems so that you may recover the information when you resume your application. You may only recover this information within 30 days. After this time, the information is deleted. b) Originality - a mint condition guitar is not one that has been refinished - that is a refinished guitar - which means it is no longer original. A more battered guitar that is original is worth more than a sleek refinished vintage guitar!
