Entering Workouts

How do I change between Kilograms and Pounds / Kilometres and Miles?

When you are entering a workout you will notice a flag icon next to each exercise. An american flag (Imperial Units) represents Imperial units (which is Pounds and Miles). A union jack flag () represents Metric units (which is Kilograms and Kilometres).

Clicking on the flag allows you to change to the other units. You will not lose the workout you are currently editing.

Also, when you are entering your weight for your workout, goals or profile you can enter “lbs” or “pounds” to have it automatically converted.

How do I enter more than one set for each exercise?

You can seperate sets by using spaces, commas (,), or hypens “-”. You must enter the sets in the same order for each metric.

For example lets say I did 12 reps of 90kg, 10 reps of 80kg and then 10 sets of 80kg. I would enter “12 10 10″ in the reps box and “90 80 80″ in the weights box.

Each set you enter will then be seperated on your raw exercise graph, logbook and when you enter new workouts.

Please see the video tour of the workout enter page for a demonstration of all the features.
