Entering Workouts
- How do I change between Kilograms and Pounds / Kilometres and Miles?

How do I change between Kilograms and Pounds / Kilometres and Miles?
When you are entering a workout you will notice a flag icon next to each exercise. An american flag (
) represents Imperial units (which is Pounds and Miles). A union jack flag (
) represents Metric units (which is Kilograms and Kilometres).
Clicking on the flag allows you to change to the other units. You will not lose the workout you are currently editing.
Also, when you are entering your weight for your workout, goals or profile you can enter “lbs” or “pounds” to have it automatically converted.
How do I enter more than one set for each exercise?
You can seperate sets by using spaces, commas (,), or hypens “-”. You must enter the sets in the same order for each metric.
For example lets say I did 12 reps of 90kg, 10 reps of 80kg and then 10 sets of 80kg. I would enter “12 10 10″ in the reps box and “90 80 80″ in the weights box.
Each set you enter will then be seperated on your raw exercise graph, logbook and when you enter new workouts.
Please see the video tour of the workout enter page for a demonstration of all the features.

I haven’t looked back since I started using kettlebells in my workout routine. It’s now my favorite type of fitness activity. Anyone who is on the fence about kettlebell training - take it from me, it works!
If you get a chance, check out my last post and feel free to leave comments, for or against, thanks in advance!

Whenever people wait to do everything until finally you’re positive it’s right, you’ll probably never do much of anything

I first heard about kettle bell workouts by my ex-boyfriend. He’s gone, but I still use the kettlebells
they’re great for calorie burning. Simply questioning if there may be a more effective fat burning and muscle firming (building) exercise round? Btw, love the blog!

Hello, when I enter 8th exersise or more in the same group, the system self will create new group similary named. Then system will put the other new (if more than 7) enters in the new group.
Is there some limitations for number of enters in one group?

Hello again,
there are still problems with base functions like creating and specially editing groups and deleting. When I try to edit group the system self will create another group. When I want to delete it, does not work. Really annoying. So it is not usable for now. Sorry
