Delete workouts from your logbook
We have just implemented a new feature that you guys might find useful.. When you are viewing your logbook we all know that you can currently delete individual exercises and groups by clicking on them, but there was no way to delete workouts from your logbook.
Which is quite annoying when your about to do a weights session and the last 3 workouts you did just happened to be cardio!
To delete a workout column from your logbook, simply click on the date..

Listen. Do not have an opinion while you listen because frankly, your opinion doesn?t hold much water outside of Your Universe. Just listen. Listen until their brain has been twisted like a dripping towel and what they have to say is all over the floor.

Exercise is known to increase the body’s production of morphine-like endorphins, while improving the brain’s oxygen supply and releasing tension from the muscles. ,
